Fall things: Pumpkin Bread Edition

I haven’t completely decked out the new house for Fall, and I probably won’t if I’m being honest. I’ve minimally decorated my porch, but I’m just trying to get through all of my boxes and give all of our things a place in the new house. So, my Fall decor will have to wait until next year. But, that doesn’t mean I can’t get the Taniguchi – Gomez household into the Fall mood. 

Mondays tend to be a busy day workwise. A lot of my meetings tend to get stacked on Monday mornings especially. Yesterday was no exception, and I’m trying to knock out several work projects that have deadlines looming at the end of October. So, after a busy Monday and walk around the new neighborhood with the dogs, I decided to make that pumpkin bread I talked about yesterday. I tried to make some pre-mixed pumpkin oatmeal cookies from Trader Joes awhile back, and they just weren’t as good as ones made from scratch. So, I stumbled across that recipe, and it’s approved – by me and Aaron.
