I hope you all have a wonderful Memorial Day. I’m taking a break from blogging today because we are spending Memorial Day with some friends for some quality pool time. I’m stopping in today to honor all the men and women – and the families – who bravely died while serving our country. I am the proud wife of a former Marine, and while I didn’t know my husband while he was serving our country, I’ve heard the stories.
My father-in-law is a Vietnam veteran. And, I’ve heard about his time while he was serving. I am so thankful to have them home safe and sound, and I know that’s not the reality for many military families.
Thankful for those who bravely put their lives on the line to serve our country! Thinking of you today!
