Happy Memorial Day! Aaron and I are spending the day trying to relax and spend some quality time together. But, I wanted to hop on here to wish you a wonderful Memorial Day. I want to honor all the courageous men and women who bravely died while serving our country. In today’s day and age more than every before, the price of freedom sometimes comes at the greatest cost.
I am the proud wife of a former Marine, and while I didn’t know my husband while he was enlisted, I’ve heard the stories.
My father-in-law is a Vietnam Veteran, and I’ve heard his stories as well. I also know how lucky we are to have them both here with us today. So today, we honor those who have lost their lives fighting for our country – who paid the ultimate sacrifice so we can appreciate the freedoms that we have today. Thank you!
